Create a Mobile App: 

It is our belief if Superior Towing were to implement a mobile app for both Apple and Android to offer their services to any individual, could in result drastically increase sales and customer outreach. Many customers may not necessarily want to commit to a long term contract with Triple A due to a variety of reasons. But, By creating an app that personally connects the consumers and the provider would allow another source of income for Superior Towing. The only catch to his can be that Superior Towing would tag on a fee for not having an active account with Triple A. This would allow Superior Towing to continue having a connection with Triple A and not look as if they are undercutting them.

Improve Social Media (advertising): 

Currently, Superior Towing does not have a dedicated social media platform that they use to advertise their business. However, Superior Towing does have an existing Facebook page where customers can obtain basic information about their company. There is a limited amount of social media exposure for Superior Towing. Their business is primarily promoted from mouth to mouth, especially amongst the older generation. Now if Superior Towing was able to reach out to more of the audience they might potentially have been missing, they can now do it through all areas of social media. It would give them an upper hand in their business and keep them up to date with their potential competitors.

Software/Hardware Upgrade:

Currently, Superior towing is using tablets and computers since 2012, which hasn’t given them any problem so far. But with the information and data, we collected from the interview it was clear that the hardware was somewhat lacking behind. All of the hardware was was not as secure and protected as it was in 2012. It was also suffered from slow speeds as a driver and dispatcher needed extra time for the hardware to load certain information necessary for the service. Introducing new tablets and computers into the organization would not only speed up efficiency because of stronger computing capabilities but also provide a secure and reliable service for all of the employees and customers.
