Conclusion

In the beginning of this blog our group's initial purpose was to analyze and interpret the operations of Superior Towing. Although we obtained a plentiful amount of information about this, we were fortunate enough to leave with knowledge about information systems that will benefit us. ZoHo, a cloud computing software suite is without a doubt the backbone of Superior Towing. ZoHo’s services allow Superior Towing to coordinate their bookkeeping and keep their hardware operating to the best of their abilities with habitual updates. By doing in depth analysis of Superior Towing using the Five Forces Analysis we were able to distinguish the strengths and weaknesses Superior Towing faces. What is great about Superior Towing is that they not only service standardized vehicles but extend their services to commercial vehicles that typically can’t be serviced by normal towing machinery. It is our belief that even if Super Towing maintains their current business strategy they will still maintain their current position in the market and continue to grow.
